Hospitality passes & prime viewing position for the Colwyn Street Stage - 5th October.
ALL PASSES HAVE NOW BEEN ALLOCATED
For health & safety reasons, the number of passes allocated is equal to the maximum capacity of the Marquee. Access is strictly limited to band wearers and this does include children.
A hospitality marquee exclusively for Colwyn BID levy payers, rally promoters, drivers and co-drivers will be located on top of the grass verge near the Eirias digital advertising sign overlooking the promenade, with the best views of the action at the Colwyn Street Stage.
You will be able to enjoy this thrilling event in a prime viewing location whatever the weather from the comfort of a window fronted marquee.
Pass includes:
Entry to the Marquee and a permit for parking at Eirias High school along with one drink on arrival (either a glass of Prosecco, Bottle of Beer or Fruit Juice) and food is included.
Hickory’s Rhos on Sea will be serving their famously delicious food in the marquee at 5pm and refreshments can be purchased throughout the event from a mobile bar run by award winning Sheldon’s Wine Bar & Bistro

NUMBERS ARE STRICTLY LIMITED
BE QUICK! The passes will be issued on a first come first serve basis with a maximum of two passes per business until 5pm on the 2nd of October.
After the 2nd of October, if there are any remaining, businesses who have already applied can apply for another pair of passes.
